The identification tag should have the name of the dog and either the address or phone number of the dog owner, which would be you. If the custom collar that you want for your dog does not have a place to attach a dog tag, buy a simple flea collar and attach the tag to that. Then you will be repelling fleas and keeping your dog secure.
